NDIS Support Services

Evans Cleaning and Support helps NDIS participants in Warrnambool and South West Victoria live independently and comfortably — on their terms.

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government program that provides funding to people with a permanent and significant disability, helping them access the supports they need to live an ordinary life.

NDIS funding is flexible and person-centred — it's designed around your individual goals, not a one-size-fits-all approach. You choose the providers and services that work best for you.

How Evans Can Help

We work with NDIS participants across a range of support categories, helping you get the most from your plan.

Home Cleaning

Regular or one-off cleaning to keep your home safe, hygienic, and comfortable — funded under Assistance with Daily Life.

Domestic Assistance

Help with laundry, dishes, tidying, and household tasks so you can focus on what matters most to you.

Home Management & Household Task Assistance

Working alongside you to manage your home and build the skills and confidence to achieve your goals.

Personal Care

Respectful support with daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.

Community Access

Support to get out and about — attending appointments, social activities, shopping, and staying connected with your community.

Companionship

Friendly, genuine companionship for participants who benefit from regular social interaction and a caring presence.

Plan Management Types We Work With

Self-Managed

You manage your own NDIS funds and can choose any provider, including us. We invoice you directly and you claim reimbursement from the NDIS.

Plan-Managed

A plan manager handles your funding on your behalf. We work directly with your plan manager to process invoices and payments.

Agency-Managed (NDIA)

The NDIA manages your funding through the myplace portal. We are set up to work with agency-managed participants.

Am I Eligible for the NDIS?

To be eligible for the NDIS you generally need to be under 65 years of age, be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to take part in everyday activities.

If you're not sure whether you're eligible, the NDIS website has a helpful eligibility checklist, or you can contact your local NDIS office for guidance.
