Evans Cleaning and Support works with Transport Accident Commission (TAC) clients in Warrnambool and South West Victoria, providing home cleaning and personal support as part of your recovery.
What is the TAC?
The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is a Victorian Government-owned organisation that provides support to people injured in transport accidents. If you were injured in a car, motorcycle, bus, train, or tram accident in Victoria, you may be eligible for TAC-funded support services.
TAC support is designed to help you recover and return to your normal life as much as possible. This can include funding for home cleaning, personal care, and community support while you are recovering from your injuries.

How TAC Funding Works
Lodge Your Claim
Contact the TAC as soon as possible after your accident to lodge a claim. You can do this online, by phone, or through your treating health professional.
Get Your Supports Approved
Your TAC claims manager will assess your needs and approve the supports you are entitled to as part of your recovery plan.
Choose Your Provider
Once your supports are approved, you can choose Evans Cleaning and Support as your provider. We work directly with the TAC to arrange and invoice for services.
Am I Eligible for TAC Support?
You may be eligible for TAC-funded support services if you were injured in a transport accident in Victoria and have an accepted TAC claim. Eligibility depends on the nature and severity of your injuries and your assessed support needs.
